Join your family and friends on Sunday, August 26th for one of KC's favorite perennial rides, the Summer Breeze Tour. Pedal the day away or bag your best Century time yet through beautiful Jackson and Cass Counties on peaceful country roads.
Enjoy the rustic scenery from red barns to canopied lanes as you roll past lovely Queen Anne's Lace and wildflowers. Casually cruise or drop the hammer to the wisp of grasshopper wings and meadowlark song. All while supported by CKC's legendary SAGs and amazing volunteers!
Choose from: Guided Family 5-mile with Safety Clinic, 30-mile, 50-mile, 68-mile, and Century routes. We'll have your usual excellent CKC ride experience supported by our Ride Marshals on bikes, plus we'll have a fleet of radio professionals in vehicles with your safety in mind.
After your awesome ride, join us for a deelish lunch (included with each paid admission or available for $10 for non-riders) and after-ride party with your friends/family and the always-stellar CKC playlist!

Please note your actual mileage may vary due to differences in mapping program algorithms.
We will have paper maps for you during Check-In at the event on Sunday, August 26th. Keep an eye on your Rest Stop open/close times and pace yourself accordingly.
Arrive 30-40 minutes of your scheduled start time (see below) to check-in and get your wristband, map, and goody bag.
Park across the street (east of New Longview/Gusto) in the MCC-Longview parking lot at 500 SW Longview Road; ride your bike to Check-In for Summer Breeze.
Check-in is behind Gusto Coffee at 3390 Fascination Drive in Lee's Summit.
Wearing your helmet, obeying all laws, riding safely and having your bike in good working order are required for all CKC rides! See you on the 26th!
Family 5-Mile Route - Departs 10am
This is a guided, relaxed tour through Longview Lake Park, no map necessary. Bonus: there will be a safety clinic before this ride!
