I get notices from Change.org and today received a petition that KCMBC members should know about. While riding in a designated bicycle lane, a cyclist was struck and killed by a police officer who was texting on his person telephone. Please read the petition and if you agree, sign the petition. Only by sticking together, can we affect change.
